Apply To Receive/Refer a Client

Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa operates in metro Tulsa and the surrounding areas through a network of 16 locations. Please use the form below to apply to become part of the Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa program.  If at anytime you have any questions, please call 918-627-4103 or message us. 

 

Services

  • Services include up to six hot, nutritious meals usually delivered between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on weekdays.

  • Regular, diabetic, low sodium, and vegetarian meal options are available. 

  • Frozen meals are available for non-delivery days (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Blizzard Boxes are delivered during winter months.

In oder to qualify to receive services from Meals on Wheels of Metro Tulsa, recipients must:

1. Be homebound, which is a person described as "normally unable to leave home".

2. Be unable to prepare some or all of his/her own meals due to restrictive or mental conditions or frailty, and at-risk without nutritional supportive services.

3. Have no one else in the home with them during the day who can prepare the recipients meals, except in the case where respite support may be provided

4. Make a good faith effort to support the program by making a donation of the cost of the meals (unit cost) or as much as feaseble toward that cost.

All information recieved through application process is strictly confidential and is not to shared with the outside public, or for personal use.
